Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plus FTP & SFTP Server mobile application (“App”) developed and maintained by Plus (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Plus FTP & SFTP Server allows you to run an FTP, FTPS, or SFTP server on your Android device for wireless file transfer over your local network. The App also provides a browser-based file manager, connection logging, and multi-user support.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must register with a valid Indian phone number (+91). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial begins upon successful account registration. No payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the App.

4. Subscription & Pricing

• The App offers a monthly subscription plan at ₹10/month (Indian Rupees).
• All payments are processed through Google Play Billing.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play.
• Prices may change with advance notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or to transfer illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Distribute or share the App outside of the Google Play Store
• Use automated systems to abuse the service or circumvent rate limits

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, features, and content are owned by Plus and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices and networks. File transfer speeds depend on your network conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@plusftp.app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
