Plus (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Plus FTP & SFTP Server mobile application (the “App”) and the website plusftp.app (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
a) Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your phone number for verification purposes. Phone number verification is handled via MSG91, a third-party OTP service provider. We may also collect your name and email if you choose to provide them in your profile.
b) Device Information
We collect device tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens) for sending push notifications about subscription status, updates, and important alerts. We do not collect device IDs, IMEI numbers, or other persistent device identifiers.
c) Subscription & Payment Information
Payments are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank details, or UPI IDs. We only store your subscription status (trial, active, expired) and purchase verification tokens provided by Google Play.
d) Connection Logs
The App maintains local connection logs (IP addresses of connected clients, timestamps, files transferred) on your device only. These logs are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to export them.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity via OTP during registration and login
- To manage your subscription and trial period
- To send push notifications about your account (subscription expiry, updates)
- To provide customer support
- To improve the App and fix bugs
3. Third-Party Services
- MSG91 — OTP delivery for phone verification
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — Push notifications
- Google Play Billing — Subscription payment processing
- Firebase Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics (optional)

4. Data Storage & Security
Your account data is stored on secure servers. Passwords and sensitive tokens are encrypted. All API communication uses HTTPS. FTP server connections support TLS encryption (FTPS) and SSH encryption (SFTP) for secure file transfers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@plusftp.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your profile information within the App. To request data deletion, contact us at support@plusftp.app.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
